Our Fitness classes

Tri-Fit at the Senior Center

Tri-Fit is our classic Silver Sneakers fitness class. It features Cardio, strength, and flexibility portions. The class involves body weight movements, dumbbells, resistance bands, grip work and seated training. The course is led by our two interns, Alex and Abby from 10:30 - 11:15 AM at the senior citizen center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

Women's Fitness with Nik

Nik leads a fun morning class at 6:45 AM for interested adult women featuring strength training for various muscle groups 3 days a week. The class is dynamic and effective for all!

Parkinson's Class

On Fridays at noon, Jenn teaches a class for interested clients with Parkinson's disease. The class incorporates balance, strength, agility and cognitive function. 

Balance/Yoga

On Tuesdays/Thursdays at 10:15 AM at the senior citizens center,  Linda will host her yoga/balance class. There is an optional $5 fee for class, paid directly to Linda. The donation would be awesome but if you cannot make it, you're still encouraged to come to class!

Unfortunately, we are not currently holding any other classes due to Covid.
